DWF-Lilly calls for integrated approach to managing primary health care

In a Leader page article in the Daily Dispatch, DWF and partner, Eli Lilly, called for an integrated approach to managing the growing threat of HIV and TB with non communicable diseases in the developing world. The call was made as the 21 International Aids Conference got underway in Durban, South Africa from 18-22 July. Daily Dispatch 19 July 2016.

Important research conducted in area of Foundation’s work

Stellenbosch University’s Dr Gubela Mji shared her doctoral research on local customs and healing plants used by the Bomvana people at a recent Indigenous Health Conference hosted by the Donald Woods Foundation, Stellenbosch University and the University of Cape Town. The two-day conference was held at the Donald Woods Centre at Hobeni. Daily Dispatch 4 July 2016.
